February  is Healthy Heart Month
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women. Death rates among adult's ages 35 to 64 are increasing. Contributing risk factors include physical inactivity, tobacco use and hypertension.
It's important to include regular physical activities throughout the day. Eat healthier, lower your sodium and trans fat intake and add more fruits and vegetables. Be aware of your blood pressure and cholesterol levels and check them regularly.
