A Message from the Principal
August 30, 2021

Parents and Guardians,
I hope you will be able to make it out to LHS for tonight's Open House. Our teachers are eager to meet you and share a little about their classes and what your student will be learning this year. The event begins at 6:30 (and lasts until 8:00), but I encourage you to arrive around 6:15. We encourage all parents to log into PowerSchool before coming this evening so they will know their student's schedule. Instructions for this can be found below in the body of this email. If you need help logging in to PowerSchool, or need help accessing your child's schedule, we will have staff available to support you in the LHS Commons beginning at 6:10 p.m. During tonight's Open House you will follow a bell schedule to give you an opportunity to meet each of your student's teachers as well as see what their day is like. Thank you in advance for your partnership with us, and we look forward to seeing you tonight.
Don’t forget, next Monday, September 6th and Tuesday, September 7th are student holidays. I hope you have a great 4 day weekend with your student and we look forward to seeing them back on Wednesday, September 8th.
Have a great week!
Chris Mayfield
