Evidence-Based Observation & Feedback  









STEP ONE
Leaders complete a web-based survey measuring practice of the 21 Core Skills of the ReVISION Learning Supervisory Continuum and receive a personalized professional learning map that guides them to online and electronic resources to directly support their instructional leadership development. 

STEP TWO
Leaders then receive feedback based on their review of a classroom practice video completed within our Video-Based Calibration module.  Various levels of feedback are made available to help reduce cost but each district and its leaders receive:
  • An inter-rater agreement report helping to support increased levels of shared interpretation of the district's teaching and learning rubric.

  • Individual feedback on the 21 Core Skills to support connections between their Professional Learning Map and their practice.
 

STEP THREE
Finally, leaders have on-going access to targeted, supportive content through our ReVISION OnLine Learning environment, including access to our expert coaches who can provide one-one or whole group support virtually.  

Districts can create their own personalized learning environment in our Learning Management System or work from a series of offerings that help reinforce and continue to develop our 21 Core Skills.
