Please be advised that all 2025 Annual Compliance documents should be submitted via the Mitas Web Property Portal as indicated in the December Letter. Please read this document in its’ entirety to ensure proper submission of all documents and Compliance Monitoring Fee payments.

Please remember to use the December Letter, Annual Compliance Checklist or Extended Use Period section of the Compliance Manual as the invoice for any Compliance Monitoring Fee payments.

Also, the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has not released an updated version of the utility allowance chart. Please continue to use the 11/01/2023 chart on our website until further notice.

All compliance documents will be updated on the website by December 31st and must be used for the January 31, 2026 submission.
