Please join us on Tuesday, October 24, from 6-7 pm in the Winters Library for a Lower School Literacy Night.
Our Country Day learning support team (Mrs. Renteria and Mrs. Ryan) and representative teachers from lower and upper grades (Mrs. Perotti and Mrs. Mathisen), will present an informative evening about the reading and writing processes, how we develop reading and writing skills throughout the Lower School, and how parents can support their readers and writers at home.
We will provide ASE for K-8 Country Day students whose parents are attending the reading night from 6-7 pm. ASE will be located in the the Lower School Music and Movement room and there will be cheese pizza provided for the evening. Families that would like to use ASE need to RSVP by Friday, October 20 to Joy Pangilinan. For Pre-K students, please contact Stephanie Castillo by October 20. Please pack dinner for your Pre-K student, since dinner will not be provided.
