Our Festival takes place on the streets of Lower Town (our charming Historic and Arts District). Paducah has now been designated a UNESCO World Creative City for Crafts & Folk Art, only 1 of 3 in the USA.  The Lower Town Arts & Music Festival celebrates the cultural richness of Western Kentucky with the region's most outstanding visual, performing and culinary arts. The free festival features more than 60 artists along with open studios and galleries of Lower Town's resident artists, live music on three outdoor stages and a Taste of Paducah featuring local food vendors.

We are now under the umbrella of the Yeiser Art Center and we partner with the City of Paducah to create two days of regional magic. We are know for our Paducah Hospitality and we have an amazing volunteer workforce!

LTAMF is a small outdoor event. We like the intimacy and we want our artists to continue to make a profit.  We feel that it is mutually beneficial for both our artists and our patrons to get to know each other. After all, we are neighbors!
