Luminary Night & Christmas in the Park

Due to a scheduling conflict with the carriage company, we have had to change the date of Luminary Night. Luminary Night

Beginning at 5pm on Sunday, December 15th, Park Hills glows with warm candlelight thanks to residents lining the curb in front of their home with luminaries.

To help make this easier, the Avant Gardeners sell luminary kits from $8 to $16 depending on which kit you prefer. New this year is the option to purchase battery operated tea lights that will last up to 250 hours! (includes 12 paper bags and candles). You may purchase your kit from our website beginning Sunday, November 17 or via order forms, if you prefer. For more information, please email Carol Bethel at clbethel@fuse.net.

Christmas in the Park

Join us for the lighting of the Trolley Park tree at 6pm. We will sing some favorite holiday songs to help get you in the spirit and welcome our special visitors, Santa and Mrs. Claus! They will be at Trolley Park from 6-8pm to greet young and old! Free cookies and hot chocolate will be available while supplies last! Cash donations appreciated!

Carriage Rides

If you have already reserved a carriage ride, your reservation will be honored at the same time on Sunday, December 15. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at leadership@phcahub.org

We still have plenty of seats available if you have not yet purchased a reservation. Horse drawn carriage rides will be available from 6-9pm (last reservation at 8:40) and will run every 20 minutes. Reservations are required and can be purchased beginning at noon on Sunday, November 17 via www.phcahub.org.

Rides are $10 per person (children 2 and under are free and must ride on lap.) Seats are limited due to weight limits for the carriage. We cannot oversell the carriage so please purchase tickets for all riders.

Rides will run every 20 minutes. We will have two 12-seat wagons and one 6 seat carriage. Reservations are first come-first served. Please check in at Lady of Lourdes Church. Please arrive at least 5 min prior to reservation to check in, as we cannot hold the carriage for late arrivals.
