Accepting Nominations for the following eight award categories:

A/E/C Firm of the Year Award

Recognizes a woman-owned company in architecture, engineering, or construction. A company with exemplary performance, taken significant risks, demonstrated innovation and trendsetting, and exhibited growth.

Service Firm of the Year Award

Recognizes a non-construction woman-owned company that provides exemplary services to companies in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry from professional services, equipment, workforce, printing, specialty items, and training services.

Rising Star A/E/C Firm of the Year Award

Recognizes a woman-owned company that has taken great risks to break new ground, demonstrate innovation and trendsetting, and exhibited the potential for growth to an established enterprise.

Business Advocate of the Year Award

Recognizes an individual or company who serves as an advocate for the inclusion of women in construction, architecture or engineering and doing business in the North Texas area.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Recognizes a woman who has been in construction, architecture, or engineering industry in the North Texas area for a minimum of (20) years or more.

Outstanding Executive of the Year Award

Recognizes a woman senior executive in construction, architecture or engineering industry working in the North Texas area.

Outstanding Professional of the Year Award

Recognizes an exemplary professional woman in construction, architecture or engineering industry doing business in the North Texas area. This individual plays a pivotal role as a Superintendent, Field Employee, Engineer, Architect, Project Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, or Maintenance Supervisor who is instrumental in ensuring timely delivery of a successful project.

Outstanding Administrative Professional

of the Year Award

Recognizes a professional woman who works for a company in construction, architecture or engineering industry doing business in the North Texas area. This individual provides support in the following areas: Office Manager; Accountant/Bookkeeper; Executive Assistant; Business Development/Marketing; Technical Support (IT), etc. This person provides support behind-the-scenes that advances the success of the company and reinforces the overall team effort.
