The Good Neighbor Award

The New Jersey Realtors® Good Neighbor Award recognizes Realtors® who have made an extraordinary commitment to community service on the local, national and/or global level.

Three winners are chosen annually and receive a grant in the amount of $2,500 for first place, $1,500 for second, or $1,000 for third place for the charity organization of their choice.

Applications are due Friday, September 4, 2026.

Mandatory New Member Orientation

Must be completed within 90 days of joining the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®; in order to maintain your membership. Held once per quarter on the 2nd Friday of the month every quarter from 8:30-3:30pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided.

Cost is FREE (New Members Only) 

Not a new member, but want to earn 3 CE credits??? Sign up for just the Code of Ethics training from 12:00-3:30.

Cost: $5 Lunch Provided

Lunch and Learn: The Ins and Out of the Appraisal Process

Would you like to know what a house appraisal will come in at? Long-time appraiser, Mike Ganguzza will be presenting a lunch and learn where he will talk about the appraisal process, the importance of Square Footage, FHA/Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae Guideline, ANZI guidelines, and the REALTOR® Appraiser relationship.
