Changes to Benefit Plans

Due to COVID-19, the IRS is allowing certain changes to our employer sponsored benefit plans. Please note that the following amendments have been made to our plans:

Flexible Spending Account – you may make mid-year changes such as increase or decrease your annual election (allowable maximum is $2,750)
Dependent Care Account – you may make mid-year changes including enrollment, revocation, increase or decrease your annual election
The Flexible Spending Account rollover maximum has been increased to $550
You may enroll in the company’s health insurance plan without a qualifying event, even if you initially declined coverage.

Welcome New Employees

Several new employees have joined the ADM team in recent weeks.

ADAM CARREIRO is a senior staff accountant who is joining us from RSM, our accounting firm.

JENI FRANCOEUR is the new Director of Resident Services at Redbrook. She is well known to many at ADM from her previous role in grower communications at Ocean Spray.

RICHARD GAST and LIAM O'CONNOR are joining the CranOps team.

CHRISTOPHER BERIO, TREY GUERRINI and JONATHAN LAWLESS are joining us as interns, working primarily in facilities at Rosebrook and also rotating through the machine shop.

Give Blood

The American Red Cross is still in need of blood. You can donate at the Rosebrook Blood Drive #4 on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
