Lundgren Management Promotes Team Member to Director of Construction Management
Gina DeTolve Selected For Vital Role In Lundgren Leadership
SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – Valencia-based Lundgren Management Corporation announced the promotion of Gina DeTolve to Director of Construction Management .

With 27 years of experience in construction, DeTolve has worked in architecture, general contracting and the program and construction management arenas. She has contributed to a multitude of projects in both public and private construction on a variety of educational, commercial, and luxury residential projects.

“Through the guidance and direction of our project teams, as well as her involvement with general oversight of Lundgren’s CM assignments and client interface, Ms. DeTolve will continue Lundgren’s consistency and success of services for our valued clients and projects,” company President Dale Lundgren said.

DeTolve’s strengths, in addition to construction phase management, include program and project planning, as well as design management with early interface with the project’s design team and end-users. Her exceptional skills in team building and the early identification of issues to prevent delays and additional costs are just two of the many valuable assets she brings to Lundgren’s projects. She works diligently to form solid relationships with all project stakeholders and fosters a positive and productive environment — knowing the value of these elements can make or break a project.

In her time with Lundgren, DeTolve has applied her wide range of experience while managing our educational projects market sector (K-12 and community college), most of which encompassed multiple and simultaneous projects. She has directed the design and preconstruction phases, as well as the budgets, schedules, and personnel for the construction phases of new educational buildings and modernization projects.

Her most recent work includes projects at Antelope Valley College, Santa Barbara City College, College of the Canyons, Santa Barbara Unified School District and William S. Hart Union High School District, which ranged from $10 million to $130 million.

DeTolve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (Sci-Arc) and has completed Master of Architecture coursework at California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. She started at Lundgren Management Corporation in 2003.

“Ms. DeTolve will continue to use her proven experience, exceptional skills, and professionalism to further Lundgren Management’s world-class leadership in the construction industry,” Lundgren said.
