PM Pediatric Care and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Establish Urgent Care Partnership Effective, September 1, 2023, PM Pediatric Care, a national pediatric urgent care leader operating the largest pediatric urgent care network in the U.S., and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, are partnering to serve area families with best-in-class urgent care for children and young adults.
Together, we aim to offer best-in-class urgent care to children and young adults at three existing sites in Glenview, Naperville, and Mount Prospect, and the joint venture plans to develop additional sites together in the near future. The new partnership will yield greater focus on and access to the latest evidence-based urgent care for more Chicagoland children and young adults, as well as provide a more streamlined experience for any family requiring specialty or inpatient care at Lurie Children's.
With late night, weekend, and holiday hours available, many ill and injured children with concerns ranging from fever and cough to injuries and lacerations can avoid an emergency department visit and be successfully treated within their community. Read more...

NEW Lurie Children's New Mobile Health Unit
The new, larger mobile unit will allow providers to serve more patients and increase the type of clinical services offered. The Mobile Health program brings high-quality clinical services and multifaceted culturally informed health promotion directly into Chicago communities. The program provides healthcare services delivered by Lurie Children’s physicians and allied health professionals working out of an easily accessible mobile unit.
Services include school physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, well-child visits and asthma care. These services take place at community partner settings (based on community need) as well as at neighborhood Chicago Public Schools. The hospital also partners with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) located in Chicago’s under-resourced neighborhoods, where almost all pediatric patients are insured by Medicaid. FQHCs are Lurie Children’s key partners in meeting the healthcare needs of children in under-resourced communities. Click Here to learn more.
