Food and drink trail, Cultural Quarter launch and our summer events flyer ... welcome to this week's edition of our Luton BID news.
Be part of our food and drink leaflet

Businesses based in Luton town centre are being encouraged to join a new Food and Drink Trail, being organised by Luton BID and set to take place on Saturday, 6th August.

In the leadup to the trail we are creating a small food and drink directory and map - and we want to ensure local cafes, restaurants and bars are included.

So, if you run a food or drink business in Luton town centre please email us with your business name, full address and website to [email protected]. Read all about our Food and Drink Trail  HERE .
Cultural Quarter launch

We are delighted to be sponsoring and supporting the official launch of Luton's Cultural Quarter.

Starting on Friday 1st July, local restaurants will set up food stalls and on the outdoor stage there will be street performers, live music and dance. A  big screen will broadcast the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and latest blockbuster family films.

For a timetable of next weekend's activities log on to the Cultural Quarter website HERE.

The last of our BID funded hanging baskets are now up on George Street and Market Hill.

That means we now have 50 hanging baskets, three barrier baskets, 16 octagonal and three tier displays and 16 window boxes will dotted throughout the town centre.
