Imagine Luton is coming

Now is the time to start thinking about any offers and discounts you want to run during the Imagine Luton festival, taking place this weekend on 24 th and 25th June .

Thousands of extra visitors will flock to the town centre over the two days for what is set to be one of the biggest events of the summer. 
As official partners, the BID is asking shops to think about how they will maximise businesses opportunities and additional footfall.

The event promises to bring the town centre streets to life with spectacular theatre, dance and circus performances.

The flowers are back

There has been a massive explosion of colour on our town centre streets, with the return of our BID-funded hanging baskets, flower displays and window boxes.

We are very excited about this latest BID initiative, having received  excellent feedback from visitors and businesses about the flowers last year.

16 three tier planters, 51 hanging baskets and 15 barrier baskets are now spread across George Street, Market Hill, Bute Street, Church Street, Mill Street and outside the station.

Luton BID Linked

The third of our very successful Luton BID Linked events will take place on Thursday 29th June at Tokko Youth Centre, Gordon Street, and will focus on business, finance and law.

Speakers from two town centre organisations in the sector will be speaking at the the event and giving key tips to local businesses.

Luton Linked meetings are bi-monthly events which offer town centre businesses a unique opportunity to network with neighbouring businesses, be updated on Luton BID news and to have their say for BID initiatives for the year ahead.
