Luton Live

Our latest Luton Live event lit up St George's Square this weekend.

The event included performances from pop duo, Rylands Heath, street dance crew, the Rhythm Junkies, vintage vocalist, Rebecca Jayne and the excellent dance and drums of Farley Junior School.

Luton Live has been planned by Luton BID to encourage more visitors into the town centre and to showcase and celebrate the diverse creative arts scene in Luton.

The events are held on the second Saturday of every month.

You can see photographs from the event on our Facebook page  HERE.

Business crime radio scheme

The digital business crime radio scheme is being managed by Luton Business Against Crime (LBAC) and Luton BID is offering businesses a significant subsidy towards the hire cost of the digital radios.

The scheme has been up and running in Luton town centre for over 6 months and has now fully moved over from the old analogue system.

It is already proving more effective, allowing businesses to share intelligence and boost safety and security more efficiently.

For more details on how to apply for your subsidised radio or to claim your subsidy on a current radio click  HERE.
