All Luton town centre businesses are invited to attend our free of charge Luton BID Linked event on Thursday 21st June, 8.30am - 10.30am at Tokko Youth Centre, Gordon Street, Luton.

The event, 'Making the most of your BID', will include a presentation from our PR Consultant, Pilkington Communications, who will talk about the various promotional opportunities, communications channels and other PR activities open to BID businesses.

The second of our award-winning Tidy Mornings of 2018 will take place on Friday, 29th June, 8.30am -10.30am. Join the BID and other businesses to help us clean-up Luton town centre.

If you can not make the event, we ask that you clean around your building so we can come and take pictures to promote your efforts.

Blooming and beautiful: Our BID-funded hanging baskets, flower displays and window boxes are starting to arrive in Luton town centre.

We are very excited about this latest BID initiative, having received excellent feedback from visitors and businesses over the last three years.

This year we have 16 three tier planters, 51 hanging baskets and 15 barrier baskets.

The floral displays will be situated along George Street, Market Hill, Bute Street, Church Street, Mill Street and outside the train station.

Now is the time to start thinking about any offers and discounts you want to run during the Imagine Luton festival, which is taking place on 23rd and 24th June. Thousands of extra visitors will flock to the town centre over these two days, for what is set to be one of the biggest events of the summer. 

As sponsors, the BID is asking town centre businesses to think about how they will maximise promotional opportunities and the additional footfall.
