National Highways and Transportation Satisfactions Survey
BID businesses should be aware of the National Highways and Transportation (NHT) Public Satisfaction Survey, which aims to collect views on local highway and transport services.

The NHT survey is a collaboration between Highway Authorities across the UK, and will give government organisations an indication of their performance and reputation, enable comparison of good practice and knowledge-sharing, and be used to improve efficiencies - it is also referenced in the DfT's Incentive Fund Self-assessment process.
