Greetings!
Hope you had a wonderful 4th of July weekend! I spent some time reflecting on the first half of the year. Creating healthy living and working spaces has always been an important part of my work, and it became even more relevant and urgent with the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and well into 2021. The airflow and air quality in your home, the amount of sunlight that filters into your office, the materials you choose for your mattress and bedding—these factors (and many more!) can affect your physical, mental, and emotional health. People sometimes say, “You are what you eat,” when referring to dietary health. I would also add: “You are your surroundings.” I continue to make it my goal to ensure that each space I work on expresses who a person is and who they desire to become.
With that being said, I want to give you a preview of some of the projects I am working on this year that express this sentiment. My plan is to reveal each completed project in future newsletters–I am so close to having before and after photos compiled. In the meantime, follow me on Facebook for updates.

John's Beautiful Townhouse Remodel
Most of the construction in his home is complete, including the remodel of two bathrooms. The third bathroom will begin construction this month (I designed and facilitated the construction on all three!).
The kitchen wall was opened up to the living room. Aren't these floating shelves wonderful?
I furnished and accessorized the living room and painted the walls and fireplace brick taupe and the mantel white. We are now waiting on art and a custom cabinet for under the television.
This project is under construction as new plumbing is installed. The client is converting her old office into a luxurious soaking tub (inspirational photo above).
The floors will be marble... and heated!
A beautiful chandelier like this one will be installed above the tub.

Furnishing Loralee's Exquisite Home
I designed and ordered art, furniture, and accessories in her lovely home. There's so much more to come on this project! We repurposed her gorgeous rug in this space.
The chair, side table, and 2" faux wood blinds add a spark to this room. We are working on decorative window treatments, more art, and waiting for the executive desk chair to arrive.
Loralee purchased art pieces from me and I custom framed them. This one reminds her of growing up on the North Shore. According to Feng Shui design principles, a water feature over the fireplace is a perfect way to balance energy.
