Fitness Tips and Workout of the Week
Coach Selsky is back on our wellness channel giving Lynx Nation another workout of the week. Be sure to check our YouTube Channel for the past workouts and tips.
Warm Up: 10-15 jumping jacks, 10-15 squats, 10 forward lunges, 5 inch worms.

Work Out: Complete 10 reps of each exercise, with a minute rest after each exercise. After set is complete, rest 3mins and repeat all exercises.

Squat Jumps, In/Out Push Ups, Lunge Jumps, Up/Down Plank, Dips, Burpee
