HIGHLIGHTED TRANSACTION

Industry leader Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) (Hunt Valley, MD) (ENR #51) announced the addition of Pioneer Holdings (Middlesboro, KY) and its subsidiary firms Vaughn & Melton and Tunnel Management, Inc. The combination of these two 100% ESOP companies will bring nearly 300 additional employees to JMT. Link to details >
