This week we lead with Woolpert's announcement that MSD Partners has agreed to invest in the company, representing the seventh ENR Top 500 firm to sell or be recapitalized in 2021 year-to-date. Watch out for this trend and many others in our AE M&A Q1 Review to be published in April.
