Playing Music in Bars and Restaurants - Cautions When Allowing Broadcast Stations to Play in Retail Outlets

A few days ago, I noted a news story about a bar that stopped hosting live music when it was hit with a lawsuit by BMI because it had not paid royalties for its use of music. WYCD Raises Over $651K For St. Jude Children's Hospital
On December 6 and 7, Entercom's WYCD-FM (Detroit), with the help of their incredible listeners, raised $651,900 for St. Jude Children's Hospital during its 2018 Country Cares Radiothon. Read More
