As a vital stepping stone into the media industry, the MAB Foundation awarded more than $26,000 in scholarships to broadcasting students last year and recognized young talent across the state at its annual awards luncheon.

In an order adopted on December 14, the FCC created a dedicated Blue Alert event code in the Emergency Alert System.
