Scott Andrew Mills is the Principal Agent, Member of Maverick Insurance Group LLC, in Highland Heights. He has been a MACC Member for 33 years. He has served in many roles for area non-profits including President, Event Chair, Membership, Treasurer, and many other supporting roles. Scott is a serial entrepreneur and has been self-employed most of his adult life. Prior to starting his agency in 2012 from scratch at the age of 49, he had a short stint with a bank and for almost 25 years was in the vehicle and equipment finance business. He has built his agency to over $1.5 mm in annual premium. His basic philosophy is “call them back”! He's learned that is what your clients really want. Scott finds networking and business/educational development most rewarding and valuable as a chamber member.
