Why? We want to hear from you, ensure the Academy is working on your behalf and make it easier for you to participate in discussions and actions around policy and advocacy.

All-Chapter Meetings:



These meetings are optional and offered at no cost. Attend one and/or both. Pre-registration required.
What are MAFP’s chapters?

Within our own state chapter of the AAFP, we have several local chapters, which group together physicians in the same regions/areas of the state to work on policies/issues of concern to specific communities. More about local chapters.

Can’t attend either all-chapter meeting? You can still author/co-author a resolution and help set the policy/direction of the Academy. Learn more about resolutions, including how to write them and view our online resolution library.
Dates to Know



  • May 19-26: Open comment period on resolutions

  • June 8: Deadline to register for the House of Delegates and become a voting delegate (event registration)
