Thank You
Youth Symposium - April 28
MAHA partnered with the Youth Advocacy Division of CPCS to host its 2nd Annual Youth Symposium. Our mission is to connect with diverse & Latino High school students from our local Public schools and create a platform for them to learn about the juvenile justice system.

Our program included a live Mock Trial where each attendee served as a Juror for a criminal trial and had time to deliberate the final Verdict. We also hosted a panel workshop regarding hot topics in the juvenile court and a resource fair offering summer job opportunities. We were inspired by the engagement of our young participants and their enthusiasm to be advocates.
Know Your Rights Clinic - April 15

The “Know Your Rights” Clinic was a complete success!

HUGE thank you to our team of attorneys and volunteers that helped us during this event, as well as Rev. Medeiros and Rev. Filippucci for hosting the event at the Immaculate Conception.

We were able to assist more than 50 families and more than 65 people attended the event.
Law Student Mixer - April 5
The law student mixer hosted at the MBA was a fun night of networking and language exchange. Students were able to meet a variety of professionals in our Latino community including successful attorneys and judges! We all worked together to learn new legal terms in Spanish and enjoyed getting to know more about the kind of work Boston-area law students are interested and involved in. We look forward to hosting our next law student mixer in the near future.
