This High Holiday season, Valley Beth Shalom invites you to discover...
MAKOR: Be Known
Do you remember the last time someone gave you a hug right at the moment when you most needed it or when a friend offered to help you just when you started to feel the despair of not being able to do it alone? We need each other. Listen as Rabbi Feinstein teaches us what it really means to be known and what it means to know another.  We've also included a poem by Rabbi Schulweis [z"l], We Are Witnesses, a short reflection by Rabbi Noah Farkas, which is especially timely, titled The Wisdom of the Seismograph . We threw in a wonderful honey-bee craft by our friends over at Cool Mom Picks as well as a link to the music video called "I Bet My Life" by Imagine Dragons. We invite your continued participation in our Makor Ribbon Project, a community activity weaving a tapestry of blessings at VBS.
