The Michigan Association for Media in Education will be holding its 46th conference in Bay City this fall at the Double Tree by Hilton at the Riverfront. Our theme is
“School Librarians: Because Super Hero is not a job description”
. We are excited to offer you an invitation to join us as a vendor, presenter or sponsor.

Exhibit Space:
These exhibit spaces are on the same floor as the conference breakout rooms and accessible during breaks between sessions. INDICATE ON APPLICATION FOR MULTIPLE BOOTHS.
Electricity, Internet, and Sign:
Please note on your application whether you need Electrical, Internet or a Vendor Sign.
Membership:
Join MAME with a commercial membership and receive the following benefits: Your company name and a link to your website will appear on the MAME website, in the MAME Newsletter, and in all printed conference publications that go out to our members, and those who attend sessions during the conference. The commercial membership is renewed annually. We will also highlight your company in other MAME publications, if you provide us with a jpeg logo as requested in the application.
Participation:
Your participation is welcome in a variety of ways. As a vendor, you may donate an item of your choice to be used during the exhibit times in a drawing for attendees. You are welcome to bid on the silent auction items which will be handed out to the winners Friday, during our General Membership meeting. You must be present to win. We will be having a
Super Hero/Cape decorating contest
, so as you think of swag to bring to the conference for the attendees, please consider bringing anything that can relate to our theme, for attendees to use to decorate their capes, i.e. pins, stickers, patches, etc. We will have a fashion show during our General Membership meeting and provide prizes for 1
st

nd
, and 3
rd
place. We are also considering a prize for best use of vendor items and would give away a packet of vendor items.
