October 31: Deadline for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Temporary Waiver Program, which expands access to public service loan forgiveness due to the pandemic. Finance Authority of Maine has compiled helpful resources and FAQs.

November 30: Deadline for the Annual Fundraising Activity Report and Charitable Solicitations License Renewal (nonprofits must have a license to fundraise unless they meet exemption requirements)

Workforce Transportation Pilot Grants: Maine Department of Transportation is offering competitive grants of up to $750,000 to local and regional partnerships to pilot ways to connect workers and employers through ridesharing, vanpools, and other subsidized transit options. While there is no application deadline, applicants are encouraged to submit projects as soon as possible.
