NEW NAR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES!

NAR’s consumer advertising campaign hit the airwaves this week. For 2025, the advertising campaign is designed to reinforce the need for working with a REALTOR®, by reminding and dramatizing for consumers what it’s like without one. This campaign makes a shift to be more focused on consumers – away from the last campaign of “who we R” and instead emphasizing why REALTORS® matter.

The creative platform line for this new campaign is “Right by you.” There are many layers of meaning that this line holds:

  • It highlights how REALTORS® do the right thing – through their Code of Ethics, they have an ethical and professional responsibility to put their clients first.
  • It focuses on the partnership and guidance, by their side through the real estate journey, and often beyond.
  • And most importantly, it shows how REALTOR® members have the expertise to help protect clients from the long-lasting consequences of inexperience.

If you’re an NCAA basketball fan, ads will be airing during Big 12, ACC, SEC and American Athletic Conference tournaments this weekend.
