SALES AND VALUES DOWN IN MARCH:

In a press release to the media today, Maine home sales decreased -6.19% comparing March 2025 to March 2024. The median sales price (MSP) was $376,260, a -0.98% decrease in that same time period. NAR reports that existing home sales were down and prices up nationally and in the northeast, comparing March 2025 to March 2024. Read the full release here!

• CHAPTER 360: Approval of Qualifying Education Courses
• CHAPTER 370: Continuing Education
• CHAPTER 390: Licensing Procedures and Requirements for Individuals and Agencies
• CHAPTER 400: Real Estate Brokerage Agency and Designated Broker Responsibilities
• CHAPTER 410: Minimum Standards of Practice

Review detailed information including mark-ups (102 pages)

  A public hearing will be held: May 15, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Comment deadline is May 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
