DON'T MISS OUR LENTEN PARISH MISSION RETREAT on the Bible Story of "The Story of Lazarus" THIS MONDAY, MARCH 13 at 6:30pm in the FJMP Parish Life Center.
“What keeps you buried?"
The experience of a mission retreat can bring with it a flood of emotions. The stories of the Samaritan Woman, the Blind Man and Lazarus in the synoptic Gospels are significant stories of faith, hope and revelation. Each story reveals the Lord Jesus in all His divinity, and can open our eyes to the messages they bring. Even if you missed the first two sessions, join us this Monday for the story of Lazarus. "What keeps you buried?"
Click on the graphics to see a few more pics of our retreat experience.

On day 1 - The Samaritan Woman everyone placed their name in the empty jar left behind and then blessed themselves with life-giving water as they left the church ...

On day 2 on the way out, everyone took two candles (one for themselves) and one for a friend, to remind them that when darkness overcomes their life, the light of Christ is with them. Then they washed their eyes with the running water to heal any blindness in their spiritual life ...
Join us to see what Day 3 will bring as we meditate of the story of Lazarus rising from the dead after Jesus called out to him. Fr. Jose will be preaching.

See you Monday, March 13th at 6:30pm in the FJMP Parish Life Center where we begin before going to the church.
SPECIAL PRESENTATION (Tuesday March 14 6:30PM)

Mrs. Pat Cook, returns to speak on the topic of “The Sacred Triduum: Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Vigil”. She will walk us through the meaning, symbols, and rituals of these three Holy Days on Tuesday, March 14 at 6:30pm in the FJMP Parish Life Center. She will repeat the presentation on Tuesday, March 21 at 12 noon. No registration is required but it will help our preparations if you let us know you are planning on attending.
