MARCH 2023 NEWSLETTER

FEBRUARY PICTURE "SHARE THE LOVE" We loved seeing so many Phlock faces dressed up for the month of love, some in class pics, and some with our awesome photo back drop! Congratulations to Mariah Delgado for winning this month's prize!

ANNIVERSARY VIDEO PARTY Did someone say party? Oh yes! We hang out, bring snacks, beverages, and watch videos from previous choreography classes, big shows, family shows, and our halloween shows. Mostly it's a chance to see how far we've come on our aerial journeys and enjoy the nest with the wonderful folks who fill our studios each week. Mark your calendars for Friday, March 10, 6:00pm. 18 and up only. *Do you have digital copies of videos you'd like to "bring" to the party? Upload them to our Dropbox link! 

MARCH CLASSES There are Aerial classes at the end of this rainbow! Silks, Lyra and Sling for teens and adults, and Pole and Burlesque for adults only! A friendly reminder that all classes require pre-registration, and are available for online sign up a litte over a month in advance at all times, so be sure to select your desired dates to hold your spot! 24 hour notice is required for early cancellation. GO GREEN We are looking for 11 lucky winners this month as we celebrate 11 years of The Phoenix! the week of Sunday, March 12 through Saturday March 18, come in the spirit of the Leprechauns, decked out in green, and get a coin to add to the pot o' gold! At the end of the month winners will be announced. That's right, 11 chances to win! More details to come!

FAMILY SHOW SATURDAY, MARCH 18th! It's just a few weeks away! Join us Saturday, March 18th, for our annual Family "kids" show! Fun for the whole family, with two show times 1:00pm and 3:00pm! Tickets are available through our website and slots are limited! Missed out on a spot? Catch the virtual option the week after the show.

VIDEO SHOOTS IN APRIL! The Winter/Spring session of choreo classes are moving along, but it's time to sign up for the shoots (April 20 and 22) to save your spot! Keep an eye out for slots opening this month (posted under workshops).

COVID PRECAUTION REMINDERS! A friendly reminder that we are still wearing masks in the studio at all times (regardless of vaccination status). We understand that masks can be frustrating, but our top priority at the studio is to protect students and staff, and ensure that we can continue to offer classes during this difficult time. Hand washing will continue before and after class, and classes are still maxed at less than 100% capacity. We know it's tough to remember when you are running late, so please try to be mindful and not skip handwashing!! Some classes have gone back to sharing apparatus. Please remember to stay socially distant, even when you have a buddy. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the studio, so feel free to make use of that (or good old hand washing) during class breaks, and when class is finished. Remember, if you are experiencing what might be covid symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID, PLEASE STAY HOME! We will continue to keep an eye on CDC and local government updates and will inform students when it is appropriate to change our current policies.
