Congratulations to the James Family! They have been with us since August of 2017. We are so blessed to have you here, and on behalf of Primrose Galleria, we THANK YOU for entrusting us to nurture and grow Marcello and Camila!
Why did your family choose Primrose at the Galleria?
"We chose it because of proximity to our workplace BUT we stayed because we are so happy with the care and education our children are receiving. They enjoy and look forward to school every morning! Outside of Primrose Galleria, we love going on long walks, playing outside, having dance parties and watching movies together."

Unit 7 - What's beneath my feet?

The Balanced Learning Way Infant/Toddler What’s Beneath My Feet? (Outside & Inside) Young children seem to be fascinated by surfaces and textures.
In this unit, children use their senses to explore various surfaces that they lay, crawl, or walk on outside and inside.
The children learn about animals and how they move across the surfaces. Be careful not to step on the child frogs, worms, and bugs!

Young children seem to be fascinated by objects and creatures that they find on the ground. Could this fascination be more prevalent among little ones because they are closer to the ground than adults are, allowing them to see interesting things easier?
In this unit, children learn about various surfaces that they find outdoors such as grass, soil, sand, rocks, and mud. In the land study, children become horticulturists as they manipulate soil and mud, observe flowers, and even pretend to garden.
