Join us to kick off spring at this annual Lowry Park picnic.
Free and open to all lesbians and their families.
Picturesque Lowry Park is situated directly East of Lowry Park Zoo, between North Blvd and the Hillsborough River. The park includes the Lowry Park Trail which takes you along the scenic Hillsborough River on a 0.9-mile asphalt surfaced hiking trail. The trail meanders along the riverfront and through beautiful oak woodland hammocks. Park amenities include fishing docks and a canoe and boat launch.
Meet some new friends and renew old acquaintances. We will be in a covered pavilion Shelter #114. There are barbecue grills available. Please bring your favorite drink, a dish to share, or donate something towards the shelter rental cost. You also might want to bring sunscreen, a hat, folding chair, walking shoes, or your favorite outdoor games. Kick back and relax and enjoy the scenery in this tranquil Florida setting.

Directions:
From South take I-275 N to E Sligh Ave (exit 48).
Turn left onto E Sligh Ave
Take Sligh Ave. to North Blvd.
Turn right onto North Blvd
Take the first right from North Blvd onto Flora St.
Parking for Lowry Park is on the left side of Flora St. immediately after turning from North Blvd.
Shelter #114 is at the end of Flora St. on the left before the Lowry Park boat ramp.

Turn right onto North Blvd
