MARTY COBB RETIREMENT

Congratulations Marty Cobb, MSA Executive Director on your upcoming retirement, year end 2023.

Marty started with MSA in October 2009 and was previously the Executive Director at PIMA (Prairie Implement Manufacturers Association).

When Marty arrived at MSA, our total industry claims were 6.5%, now they are at 2.3%.  Our time loss claim frequency rates were 2.6% and are now sitting at 0.9%, which is a 65% reduction.

During Marty’s time at MSA approximately 19,000 students received training. The COR audit program and processes were also significantly improved and overhauled.

MSA thanks Marty for his outstanding commitment and dedication to our industry, members and association.  Well done and thank-you for your leadership.
