The MAS 2026 Annual Convention & Expo scheduled June 15–18 is just around the corner — and we know how quickly these weeks fly. To give you a little extra runway, we've extended early bird pricing through Thursday, May 7.


A quick reminder: early bird pricing is only available if you register through the MAS Member Portal.


Registrations submitted by email, fax, mail, or fillable form do not qualify for early bird — regular rate applies through May 20, and late rate kicks in after that.

Hotel Block Information

Registration and Hotel Blocks are still open! To better manage hotel inventory and ensure fair access to rooms, MAS is implementing a new process for hotel blocks.

  • You must register first in order to receive hotel booking details.
  • If you register online through the MAS Member Portal, your confirmation email will automatically include the room block list and booking links.
  • If you register by submitting a form via email, please include your email address so that hotel information can be sent directly to you.

Take advantage of the savings and register through the member portal online through Thursday, May 7, 2026, to enjoy a special Early Bird rate (online via portal only).


If you prefer to mail/fax/email your registration form, Regular rate will apply thru May 20. After May 20, Late rate will apply.


Please note, rates are based on the date the registration form is received by MAS. We recommend registering through the portal or emailing your form to: annualconvention@massup.org.

TIP: For all registration submissions not through the portal (fillable webform or printed), please include the email address where you would like to receive your hotel booking details. MAS staff will email you the hotel booking details/group code once your registration is processed. Note that registrations submitted in these ways are not processed immediately. There will be a delay in receiving your confirmation email.

Here's How to Get Started with MAS Member Portal!


If this is your first time accessing the MAS Member Portal, please follow the steps below.



1. Request Your Workspace Invite

Email us at annualconvention@massup.org and request a workspace invitation.


2. Check Your Inbox

Look for an email from Yamaiky Gamez via sendgrid.net or identify_donotreply@engagifii.com. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.


3. Create Your Password

Click the “Create Profile” link in the email. You will be directed to mas.engagifii.com, where you will be prompted to create a password.


4. You’re In!

Once your password is created, you are fully logged in and ready to register.


Note: Your username is automatically filled in — it will be the email address at which you received the workspace invite. You only need to create your password to complete setup.
