We are excited to announce that the 95th Annual Convention of the Mississippi Association of Supervisors (MAS) is scheduled to take place from June 10 to June 13, 2024, at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center (MCCC). This annual event is a cornerstone for our association, bringing together county officials and exhibitors from across the state to share knowledge, insights, and experiences for the betterment of county government and our State.
County Registration and Hotel Accommodations:
Please note that county registration and hotel block reservations will officially open tomorrow, Friday, April 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM following our weekly legislative update Zoom meeting. We encourage all members to watch for our emails, text, fax and as always the registration form and hotel block information will be available on our website: www.mssupervisors.org
Post-Legislative Zoom Call:
Following our regular 10:30 AM weekly legislative Zoom call, detailed information regarding the county registration form, hotel block specifics, and online booking links will be made available. To ensure that you receive all necessary information promptly, these details will be:
- Published on the MAS website
- Emailed to our distribution list
- Texted to members
- Faxed to counties
Hotel Reservation Process:
To further facilitate your planning, many of our partner hotels will offer online booking links, simplifying the reservation process. It is important to note that some hotels, including the Beau Rivage, will not begin accepting reservations under our block until 11:00 AM tomorrow. Therefore, the booking links may not be activated until this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in waiting until the specified time to book your accommodations.
Online Registration via Member Portal:
We strongly encourage all attendees to register online through the MAS member portal. A direct link for registration will be available on the MAS website and also emailed to you for convenience. If you encounter any difficulties logging into your portal, please reach out to Stephanie Spangler at [email protected] for assistance. Tomorrow’s notice will include detailed instructions on how to navigate the online registration process efficiently.

In addition to individual registrations, counties have the capability to register multiple attendees simultaneously through your online membership system. This streamlined process also allows for the pre-registration of guests for various convention activities, including:
