Mechatronics Curriculum Changes
Background
In 2019, the MAT ² Strategic Steering Committee (SSC) commissioned a benchmarking survey of the MAT ² Mechatronics curriculum.

GACC Midwest determined that MAT ² had significantly more credit hours (~80) than most programs (~64). To prevent fee increases, the SSC approved a program to streamline the curriculum and reduce credit hours while maintaining our excellent training quality.
Henry Ford College: Take the Survey Next Week
MAT² employers in Southeast Michigan are asked to take an online survey to evaluate the relative importance of current courses to the development of apprentices at their company.

Watch your email next week for the survey link, and feel free to contact Darlene Bidwell or Chris Hunt , Chair of the Mechatronics Program Steering Committee, with questions.
Baker College of Cadillac: Changes Approved
