ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
Corporate Headquarters - Easton, MD

Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems is in search of a knowledgeable and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator for our corporate office in Easton, MD. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years of work experience, be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to work independently in a very fast-paced environment.

TRADES ARE THE FUTURE - THE IMPORTANCE OF SKILLED TRADES
It almost seems impossible to admit this - seeing as skilled laborers are the folks who built our country - but the U.S. is facing an incredible decline in skilled labor over the next few years, at the exact time when demand is expected to reach its peak.
 
There are many reasons and theories behind the decline in skilled laborers - the push (in high schools) toward conventional 4-year careers; a misconception associated with “skilled labor”; the recent recession forcing folks out of their skilled labor profession; baby boomers reaching the age of retirement - but regardless of the reasons, this labor shortage poses both consequences as well as opportunities.

MEET CAITLIN LANKFORD
Caitlin Lankford has joined the MAWS team as AP Coordinator and will be handling a large portion of the AP vendor accounts and processes. 

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and going on outdoor adventures with her husband, son, and niece. She also enjoys reading books and growing and caring for plants.
