This month's Employee Spotlight is Marshall Kemp. Promoted this month to Easton Branch Manager, Marshall was previously MAWS’ Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development for 4-1/2 years. During that time he did a stellar job of leading our never-ending effort to grow and develop our team. His leadership skills, sales ability, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively, commitment, and work ethic have been instrumental to his past success and will enable him to be highly effective in his new role.
As Branch Manager, Marshall will oversee all aspects of our Easton operations, including sales, customer service, operations, team leadership, management, and development.
