MEET MICHELLE LEISTER
Please join us in welcoming Michelle Leister back to the MAWS team! Michelle previously worked for MAWS for several years, beginning in administration and effortlessly working her way up to Staff Accountant, displaying strong leadership, work ethic, attention to detail, and technical abilities.
She rejoined the accounting team as Assistant Controller bringing with her a wealth of specified knowledge in accounting principles, month-end close, balance sheet schedule administration, and process management.
We are very excited to have Michelle back on the accounting team and are eager to soak up the solid knowledge, experience, structure, and positivity she will bring to the accounting department and MAWS as we close out 2022 and embark on a new year!

MEET CYNDI NICOLI
Please join us in congratulating Cyndi Nicoli on her promotion to Accounts Receivable Manager!
Cyndi joined our AP department about a year ago with vast experience in both AP and AR and she willingly jumped in to cover MAWS AR at a critical time. In her new role as AR Manager, Cyndi will not only handle the AR coordinator duties but will also perform the higher level management responsibilities that fall under the demands of receivables for 8 locations.
We appreciate Cyndi’s willingness to take on this challenge and look forward to working with her as we strive to provide the best customer service in the most efficient manner.
