Do you keep telling yourself you're going to start to get more involved with NAWIC? Well, now's your chance!

Two taskforces need your help

The Sponsorship task force will work to review and update the structure and documents of our sponsorship options. It is anticipated that we will meet twice over Zoom and complete the rest of the work through email. A draft set of documents will be presented to Board of Directors June 15 with the final package completed by June 30.

The Strategic Plan task force will meet to discuss, develop, and document high level goals for our chapter's future. It is anticipated that this group will meet once in person to kick off planning and then will meet one to two more times over Zoom to finalize content. The plan will be reviewed by both the current and future Board of Directors in August.

Email April Vicchrilli at april.vicchrilli@gmail.com by Wednesday, May 25 with which task force you are interested in and why you want to be involved. Task forces will be formed by May 27 with initial meetings set up shortly thereafter.

The NAWIC Education Foundation (NEF) provides educational courses and certifications recognized by the American Council on Construction Education (ACCE). Courses are self paced with a certificate of completion granted following a passing score of an online test.
