From the Executive Director's Desk
After a lengthy discussion at the December 9, 2020 meeting, the Board of Directors approved listing the MBA building for sale on January 31, 2021. If any member, or a contact of a member, wishes to pursue the purchase of the building prior to the end of January, please give me a call for additional details. The MBA is open to leasing back a portion of the building or relocating to a 2,000-2,500 sq. ft. space in the area.
We will form an Investment Committee if we are successful with the building sale. The charter for the committee will be approved in the coming weeks, but if you have interest or experience in this area and would like to join the committee, please contact me at kathy@mbaonline.org.

NAHB continues to work on all fronts to find solutions that will ensure a lasting and stable supply of lumber for the home building industry at a competitive price.
