Parade of Homes 2020
Parade of Homes
With current restrictions on public gatherings in both Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties, as well as the potential for negative publicity, site complications to manage traffic flow, and the overall health and safety of members, staff, and attendees, we will be changing the format to emphasize a “Virtual Parade Experience.”

As a reminder to individual builders choosing to open their homes, compliance with visitor limits, social distancing, cleaning protocols, and Milwaukee’s new mask requirement is important for business. Current open house recommendations can be found HERE .
Our Condolences to the Seitz Family
Dylan Seitz, son of Paul Seitz and brother to Matt Seitz, was born to eternal life on 7/20. Dylan was a graduate of Arrowhead High School and earned a bachelor's degree at Arizona State University. Dylan loved fishing, playing frisbee, and antique cars. He will be dearly missed by his three brothers and parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wed July 29 from 4-6:30pm at Harder Funeral Home, 18700 W Capital Dr, Brookfield, WI 53045. A Memorial Service will follow at 6:30pm at Harder Funeral Home.

Increasing Lot Cost Issues
The Advocacy Council is looking to resolve two troublesome areas that are contributing to the ever increasing cost of developing lots in Wisconsin. The areas currently being targeted include:

  • municipal’s unwillingness to return developer surety deposits within 14 months of asphalt binder installation
