At our most recent meeting, the MBA Board approved a motion to explore alternative options to house our MBA offices. It has been tasked to the Exec team and Finance committee, to pursue the sale of the MBA office.
We ask all members to please reach out to an MBA representative if you have interest in the building or if you have office space available for lease.

MBA Awards/Installation of Officers Dinner Going Virtual |
Due to the ongoing pandemic, we have made the tough decision to cancel the Awards/Installation dinner scheduled for December 1st.
Instead, we will be hosting a Virtual Award Presentation via Zoom on Wednesday, December 9th at 11:30 a.m. to reveal our Parade of Homes award winners, as well as the Builder and Associate of the Year and the Hall of Fame award. We hope you all can join us!

Virtual Real Estate Classes Available Through December 10th |
|
The deadline for real estate license renewals is December 14th. Following the 14th, there will be a late fee. Be sure to register online through the MBA calendar.
As a friendly reminder, members that have registered for spring classes and have NOT completed them, please do so before December 12th.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis continues to track pandemic effects on the construction sector across the Ninth District. The Wisconsin Builders Association is partnering with different construction associations to collect insights on the pandemic’s effect on the sector.
