Spring 2021
Message from the President

With spring flowers blooming around us, MBGH is abloom as well! We are in the final planning stages of our 41st Annual Conference. This year’s theme, A Brave New World: Employer-Driven Innovation & Social Responsibility, reflects the pivotal role employers continue to play in driving innovation and change in fighting for quality and affordable health care. This year’s event includes lots of great content, virtual networking and a little fun as well! Check out the links below for more information. We also have a few surprises in store – we’ll be introducing our new branding which includes a bold logo, vibrant colors and a transformed and modern website. We can’t wait to share our new look with you!

More than any other year, this spring feels like a season with a fresh new start. We certainly aren’t out of the woods yet, but with the widespread distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, many employers have shared with us how they are looking forward to resuming normal business operations in the near future. Over the past year, the MBGH team hasn’t skipped a beat – like many organizations, we have found that working remotely works for us. We’ve been telecommuting since March 2020 and have made the decision to continue to work remotely which will result in significant cost savings for our organization. That said, we can’t wait for the day when we can get together again in person!
We look forward to "seeing" you soon!
Just 3 Weeks Away!
