RETURNING STUDENT VERIFICATION (RSV)

 

During the week of April 14th you will be receiving an Returning Student Verification form for each of your students via email. 

THEY WILL NOT ALL ARRIVE ON THE SAME DAY. It will take all week to deliver them to you.

Look for an email from noreplyenrollment@powerschool.com

You will receive one for each of your children.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO??

  • If your student is NOT returning next year, please complete the form stating your student is not returning and submit.
  • If your student is returning, please complete the form and submit. This is an opportunity to update contacts, phone numbers, emails, addresses, medical conditions, etc.

 

CURRENT 5th – 6th – 8th GRADE FAMILIES

  • CURRENT 5TH GRADE STUDENTS: When you complete your RSV you will need to update your residency. This step must be completed before you receive your final schedule for 6th grade
  • CURRENT 6th GRADE STUDENTS: Your student will need a TDAP Immunization before the start of 7th grade. 

A new FL Form 680 must be submitted before 8/11/2025 in order for your student to start school in the fall.

  • CURRENT 8th GRADE STUDENTS: When you complete your RSV you will need to update your residency. This step must be completed before you receive your final freshman/HS schedule.


Community Relations

 

City of St. Augustine celebrates Earth Week

 

Free community events to take place April 22- 26, 2025


The City of St. Augustine will host several opportunities for the community to recognize Earth Week during the week of April 21, 2025. Residents are invited to participate in events aimed at promoting environmental awareness and sustainability. 

 

The following events are free and open to the public:

  • Tuesday, April 22 – Fish Island Walking Tour (15 participants max, register here)
  • Thursday, April 24 – Resiliency Walking Tour (10 participants max, register here)
  • Friday, April 25 – Recycling & Shredding Event (More information here)
  • Saturday, April 26 – Fish Island Walking Tour (15 participants max, register here)

 

The free community recycle event on Friday, April 25, will take place at the Solid Waste Facility, located at 601 Riberia Street, from 9:00am – 1:00pm. Residents can shred documents (limit 5 boxes per City of St. Augustine resident), recycle outdated or broken electronic devices, and dispose of used cooking oil. No hazardous waste or televisions will be accepted.

Attention We Need Your Help!!

Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in proctoring for our upcoming PM 3 Testing Season. We are still in NEED of many proctors, even if you already signed up with your student’s teacher or grade level, please use the following link to choose a day and grade you can proctor. You are welcome to sign up for multiple days. As a reminder, you will not be able to proctor in your own student or family member’s class. We appreciate any days you can help!

PM3 FAST Testing Schedule

K-5

Middle School

Thursday, May 29th is our 8th grade Promotion Ceremony. Please see below for some reminders and expectations related to the event.

 

Location: Tocoi Creek High School Auditorium

Date: Thursday, May 29th

Time: 6:30-7:30

 

Procedures:

  • We ask that each student only has two attendees as seating is limited.
  • There will be an area for students to sit separate from family/friends.
  • Students should arrive between 6:00-6:15 and sit in their labeled seat.
  • Students should wear professional attire (example: pants and collared shirt, dress, etc.).
  • Colors for student attire should be black, white, or blue.
  • Stay for the duration of the event (it will only be one hour)

Fill Out Your Volunteer School Access Form!
In a continuing effort to provide safety and security to our students and staff we ask that you complete a School Access Form if you plan to enter a facility in the St. Johns County School District. Any person passing beyond the front office area must show a valid driver’s license or state identification card.
It is recommended individuals include their middle name when completing the online application; and, if no middle name, then please use the acronym “NMN”.
