RETURNING STUDENT VERIFICATION

 

By now, guardians should have received an email for each of their students containing a link to use to complete the Returning Student Verification.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO OUR KG PARENTS!   94% of KG has submitted their forms! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

 

8th Grade: This must be completed before you start high school! Complete it now and enjoy a stress free summer.

6th grade: Don’t forget to get your TDAP and turn in a new FL Form 680.

5th grade: This must be completed before you start middle school! Schedules will not be given to students who have not completed residency/RSV

IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING, please click on the link in the email and complete stating that you will not be returning 

so that we can withdraw or transfer your student accordingly when grades are finalized.

News From the Clinic:

The last day to pick up medication from the clinic is June 2nd by 12:30. All medications not picked up will be discarded according to District Policy. Medical Management Plans for the 2025-26 school year need to be completed over the summer. They are only valid for 1 school year from the date they are signed by the physician. 

I will be back in the clinic August 7th and 8th for parents to start bringing in completed forms and medications for their student.

School Access:

 

As we get closer to the end of the school year, we will have more parents/guardians coming to school for grade level events. If you are planning to attend one of the events, please ensure that you completed the school access form online and are cleared prior to the event. If you previously completed the school access form, please ensure that it is up to date (within last 3 years). For more information, please visit the District’s Volunteer Services webpage at https://www.stjohns.k12.fl.us/volunteer/

Thank you to everyone who has expressed interest in proctoring for our PM 3 Testing Season. We are still in NEED of many proctors. As a reminder, you will not be able to proctor in your own student or family member’s class. We appreciate any days you can help!

Thursday, May 29th is our 8th grade Promotion Ceremony. Please see below for some reminders and expectations related to the event.   

Location: Tocoi Creek High School Auditorium 

Date: Thursday, May 29th 

Time: 6:30-7:30   

Procedures: 

We ask that each student only has two attendees as seating is limited.  

Use this link to RSVP and to have tickets assigned.

(Please send your student to the glass lounge beginning on May 27 to receive assigned tickets) 

There will be an area for students to sit separate from family/friends. 

Students should arrive between 6:00-6:15 and sit in their labeled seat. 

Students should wear professional attire (example: pants and collared shirt, dress, etc.). Colors for student attire should be black, white, or blue. Stay for the duration of the event (it will only be one hour)

🪩 8th Grade Mustangs Sparkle & Shine Graduation Dance! 🪩

Get ready for a dazzling night of fun as we celebrate our 8th graders at the Sparkle & Shine Dance! ✨

 Time: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

📍 Location: St. Johns Golf & Country Club, St. Augustine, FL

 MCA 8th grade students only

Fill Out Your Volunteer School Access Form!
In a continuing effort to provide safety and security to our students and staff we ask that you complete a School Access Form if you plan to enter a facility in the St. Johns County School District. Any person passing beyond the front office area must show a valid driver’s license or state identification card.
It is recommended individuals include their middle name when completing the online application; and, if no middle name, then please use the acronym “NMN”.
