News From the Clinic:

The last day to pick up medication from the clinic is June 2nd by 12:30. All medications not picked up will be discarded according to District Policy. Medical Management Plans for the 2025-26 school year need to be completed over the summer. They are only valid for 1 school year from the date they are signed by the physician.

I will be back in the clinic August 7th and 8th for parents to start bringing in completed forms and medications for their student.

School Access:

As we get closer to the end of the school year, we will have more parents/guardians coming to school for grade level events. If you are planning to attend one of the events, please ensure that you completed the school access form online and are cleared prior to the event. If you previously completed the school access form, please ensure that it is up to date (within last 3 years). For more information, please visit the District’s Volunteer Services webpage at https://www.stjohns.k12.fl.us/volunteer/
